Skill level: Intermediate

This simple little top down cardigan is a treat to knit. Has a very easy cable pattern running down the front which gives the effect of falling willow leaves. This pattern has two versions, one for sleeves knitted in the round, and the other for sleeves knitted flat. Classified as suitable for the Advanced beginner / Intermediate knitter who can handle a simple cable pattern.

MATERIALS REQUIRED
Yarn specs will differ for all sizes.
Ella Rae Cashmereno Sport 135 m/ 148 yds per 50 gram (Colour Travetine).
5 ply yarn.

A -- 110 grams / 295 metres / 325 yards
B -- 140 grams / 380 metres / 415 yards
C -- 150 grams / 405 metres / 445 yards
D -- 170 grams / 460 metres / 505 yards
E -- 195 grams / 525 metres / 575 yards
F -- 245 grams / 660 metres / 725 yards
G -- 285 grams / 770 metres / 845 yards
H -- 330 grams / 890 metres / 975 yards
I -- 365 grams / 985 metres / 1080 yards

NEEDLES REQUIRED
3.5 mm (US 4) circular needles 41 cm (16 in) in length
You may need the longer length
circulars for the larger sizes.
One set 3.5 mm (US 4) double-pointed needles if working sleeves in the round.
One pair 3. 5 mm (US 4) straight needles if working sleeves flat.

OTHER MATERIALS REQUIRED

Cable needle
8 stitch markers

TENSION / GAUGE
24 stitches x 34 rows / rounds = 10 cm (4 in) worked in st st on 3.5 mm (US4 ) needles.
