Willow sundress
Willow sundress with a high waistline is worked in two directions. First, the bodice is worked in stockinette stitch from the bottom to the top: body, back with ties, front with ties. Then, doubling the number of stitches of the main part of the sundress, work the skirt in lace pattern from the top to the bottom.

Yarn: with a yardage of approx. 165 m/50 g (180 yds/1.75 oz).

Needles: 3.5 mm (US4) circular needles with a cable length of 40 cm (16 in) and 60-80 cm (24-31 in), 4 mm (US6) circular needles with a cable length of 40 cm (16 in), 3.5 mm (US4) double pointed needles.
Notions: 3 mm crochet hook, tapestry needle, markers, scissors, about 1 yard of contrasting color waste yarn.
Gauge: make a gauge swatch and count your stitches after washing and blocking. It might be necessary to change needle size to achieve a matching gauge. If you knit tighter (have more stitches), use thicker needles, if you knit more loosely (have fewer stitches), use thinner needles.
