Wind wrap

I like filet crochet a lot, like one can see also on my project page in Ravelry.
But also a lot the texture effect it has when worked in a loose way, like in this necklace is visible.
Of course one can use other yarns and other needle sizes.
This wind wrap seemes very easy to make, but I believe you need to have a little bit of crochet experience to be able to make the button closure part anyway!
EXTRA NOTE for the users of this pattern:
I believe the twist of this model can be definitely f’ixed’ if one makes the strip(e)s longer and closes the necklace by sewing together the ends in a hidden way. In this way you can pull the necklace directly aroud your neck.
