I designed this shawl for my good friend around year 2015, because I wanted to give her something unique as gift. Now I have enhanced that design a bit and turned it into this pattern (my friend still has a unique shawl made just for her).

This shawl is knitted from top down so, it requires crochet cast-on. Gauge is not important in this pattern, just knit it a bit loosely, so the lace will look good.

Level of difficulty: Advanced, but I tried to make this pattern so accurate (tutorials for special techniques and constructing the shawl itself) that those who are perhaps not so experienced knitters, but adveturous, seeking challenge or wishing to learn something new could also knit this.

The pattern (15 pages) includes charts, photos and written instructions which will help you to, for example, do the crochet cast-on, knit the nupps, read the charts and block the shawl,

Shawl size (in pictures): about 204 (longest edge)x102 (from longest edge to the tip) cm, the pattern includes instructions on how to modify the shawl size.

Materials:
-yarn:2 skeins of Drops Lace (70% Alpaca, 30% Silk, 50g=400m)
-needles: 2,0 or 2,5mm
-4mm crochet hook
-pins
-some waste yarn
