Windows Scarf or Skirted Belt
by Cindy Kamps
Discontinued.
This digital pattern is no longer available online.
The “Windows” pattern is so versatile with TWO styles to chose from.
First it can be a SCARF, made 2 ways.
Plain, or with a Shawl addition.
Second it can be a Hip Belt or Sash, made 2 ways.
Plain, or with the “Skirt/Shawl” addition.
No matter how you make it, you will LOVE WEARING IT.
I chose a Burgundy varigated sport weight rayon for the main piece and then accented the borders with a dusty blue sport weight rayon.
I used 2 Strand of #10 Crochet Thread for The End Motifs in an assortment of #Cream, Burgundy, and Dusty Blue.
The Skirt/Shawl enhancement is also a Dusty Blue Sport Weight Rayon
Beginners should do fine with this pattern having a good knowledge of basic crochet terms. Intermediates will fly!
