The Windsor Cowl in an impressive smocked stitch cowl with a frothy lace lining to the neck and a matching trim to
the collar. The attractive Smocked Rib Stitch isn’t as complicated as it seems at first glance and gives the cowl its elegant Edwardian shape. Finished at the top and bottom by a delicate easy patterned edging which creates a romantic halo of lace.

100g Aran weight is used for the cowl with 25g of Kid Silk Haze for the frills. However, the pattern is not yarn specific and is small enough to be a great stashbuster. More details are with the pattern in the book.
