This wine cozy is ready for your next gift bottle of wine. The green border at the bottom, knit in garter stitch, adds texture to the cozy. The outline of 3 wine glasses circle the center, and ribbing at the top sets up the perfect shaping for closure. The ribbing is knit with a row of button holes, giving openings to add ribbon, I-core or braided yarn to tie up the package!

Knit in worsted weight cotton yarn, the cozy takes approximately 80 yards to complete (30 yards green, 50 yards cream - as knit). The cozy is knit in the round, so you can use standard double pointed needles, 2 circular needles, or 1 circular needle if using the magic loop.
