Wing-a-Ding wird mit 2 verschiedenen Garnen und Farben gestrickt. Die Kontrastfarbe bildet die Linien und sollte einfarbig und dicker sein (6-fach Wolle) als die Hauptfarbe. Diese kann ein Farbverlaufsgarn, semi-solid oder auch einfarbig sein (4-fach, Sockenwolle).

Das oben gezeigte Tuch wurde gestrickt mit:
Hauptfarbe:
Schoppel Wolle Zauberball Stärke 6 “Der Lenz ist da”. Benötigt wurden 99g.
Kontrastfarbe:
Schöller+Stahl Meteor türkis (50g/150m). Benötigt wurden 30g.

Don’t be afraid of weaving in the ends. There are only the cast-on- and the 2 bind-off-strands of yarn to sew in.

Wing-a-Ding is knitted with 2 different yarns and colors. CC (contrast color), which build the lines should be a solid thicker one (5ply or sport weight). MC (main color) should be a semi solid, self-striping or color gradient yarn (4ply, fingering weight).
