The wonderful ruching texture on this slouchy hat is created by dramatically increasing and then decreasing stitches while
changing needle sizes. Winkin is designed with a loose fit, but you can adjust the size by changing the CO. Just keep an
even number of stitches.

Finished hat measures about 22” around.
