In Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire we meet Winky the House Elf. When she works at Hogwarts, she wears a tea cosy. J.K. Rowling doesn’t give a further description, so I used my imagination to create Winky’s Tea Cosy. Perhaps Mrs. Crouch had a similar one lying around…
