I grew up watching football. I didn’t have brothers so my father shared his interest in sports with his daughters. Thus my love of football. This cowl is designed to be knit while you’re watching the game. It’s mostly stockinette in the round so you don’t make a mistake yelling at the TV.
This sample is the 2022 Baltimore Ravens season

The pattern sample was knit with 4 inches of stockinette before the colorwork section. This makes for a very long cowl and it can be wrapped up to three times. If you would like a shorter cowl, knit less rows before the colorwork section. I knit for the whole game to get 4 inches of stockinette. Maybe your nerves can only take it until half time.
