“Winslow” can be worn as a poncho (seam positioned at the shoulder) or a capelet (with the seam at the back) to cover your shoulders. “Winslow” can also be worn as a generous infinity scarf draped around your neck.

“Winslow” is knit flat and worked side-to-side in one piece. There is only one seam to sew at the shoulder. The body is knit in stockinette with garter stitch borders. The lace stitch pattern creates dancing leaves that add grace and style to the hemline. Mary Gavan’s cotton / rayon Canyon yarn is perfect for this poncho and creates a drapey, lovely garment.

One size.
(Can easily be adjusted. Knit less or add more rows to the length you desire. You can also make the garment wider by casting on more rows for the stockinette body or by adding another lace repeat. You will need to make an adjustment for more yardage.)
