Warm, snuggly, a bright pop of colour…what more could you want? This easy and quick-to-work-up starburst granny square cowl (or neck warmer) is your next project.

I used a wonderful hand-dyed, bulky weight yarn from Hue Loco Yarn in a 100% SW Merino. If you’ve got some lying around or want to treat yourself-this project is perfect for you.

This pattern is worked up using a twist on the classic starburst granny square.

The pattern uses 1 skein of hand dyed yarn 100% Merino Superwash in Bulky weight (300yds/250g) and a size 6mm hook.

The final cowl size was: Approximately 8.5” x 13” flat.
