Winter Cabin Socks
These cozy house socks were made in a matching cable that I used in my WINTER CABIN THROW design.
Design
These cabled socks are worked in worsted weight for a fast weekend project! They feature twisting moss stitch diamonds and fun bobbles on the front of the foot. The sole of the sock is knit in stockinette and the heel features shadow wrap short rows. There is no heel flap on this sock. The heel is created using shadow wrap short rows. A video link is included in the pattern.
The toe is worked in smaller needles for a tighter gauge that creates a reinforced toe. Sock pattern includes two lengths, regular (bottom sock in photo) and shorty (top sock in photo). More repeats can be added for even longer socks.
