All parts are knitted flat and sewn up at the end. No circular knitting is required.
The body and head are worked in one. They share the same basic body pattern. The outfits are sewn to the body and are not removable.
The whites of the eyes are made of felt, and the centres are embroidered with yarn. Pliers can be used to pull out the needle from the felt when removing the needle proves challenging.
