Winter flower socks: 3 designs in 1 pattern!
In the winter you need warm socks for your cold feet but you also look forward to springtime. These ‘Winter flower socks’ combine the best of both worlds. The basic sock is worked out in two designs and knitted with a sturdy, somewhat thicker yarn. At the same time spring is showing itself in the form of embroidered flowers. The pattern contains two different embroidery techniques which are clearly explained in text and photos. Can’t go wrong actually ;)

Bonus design
The pattern was already finished and the socks knitted when a new design idea presented itself. Because I was far from tired of embroidering, I decided to work this out briefly and add it as a ‘bonus’ to this pattern booklet. I call the design ’Flowers in a basket’, because the sock has the structure of a basket, filled with flowers. You find this bonus pattern on page 9 of the pattern pdf.

For DPNs and Magic Loop
This cuff down sock pattern with heel flap is easy to knit, also for beginning sockknitters. It is suitable for both knitting with DPNs and magic loop. The instructions for these different type of needles are clearly indicated in the text.

EU sizes: 37-42
US sizes: 6.5-9.5 (f)
UK sizes: 4-7

Materials
You can chooose any (sport weight) sock yarn you like with a gauge of 22 stitches x 32 rows.
