Inspired by Roland Barthes’ legendary passage about the Winter Garden Photograph in Camera Lucida, the Winter Garden Stocking features a trellis motif surrounded by flowers and implied hearts. The stocking is knit in the round from the toe-up using the fair isle technique. The pattern is written with charts for Blue Sky Fibers’ Holiday Cheer and Holiday Frost Bundles with complementing skeins of Woolstok Yarn.
