Winter Hours Cowl
The Winter Hours Cowl was designed as an outerwear piece that could easily tuck into a coat and be pulled up over my mouth and nose if needed. We have bitter cold winters here in Alberta!! However it has easily become a favourite accessory to wear as an anytime piece.
It is a bandana style and designed with 7 different colours of sport or DK weight yarns but is easily modified to use up those tiny bits of leftovers! There are 2 different stripe sequence options in the pattern and a blank chart to create your own.
I look forward to seeing your creative takes on both the weight of yarn used and colour sequences. For any of you who knit my “After The Storm Cardigan”, this is a great way to use up those leftovers!
