Winter Ice fingerless gloves/mitts pattern is worked in a very fine yarn. It features a very simple rolled edge and a full thumb gusset. Hand embroidered embellishments allow you to recreate the look as photographed or get creative and add your own style.

The two yarns specified have slightly different gauges. You can use a smaller needle with the Knit Picks Palette yarn sections, or knit that yarn more tightly. Another option is to let the gauge vary and allow a little more texture. It can work either way.
