This beginner level winter vest works up fast by making identical front and back panels, seaming the shoulders and sides- leaving armholes. Lastly add the turtleneck collar by following the hdc pattern all around. Add a belt to cinch the waist and voila… you have a cosy vest that will keep the winter blues at bay and is perfect for layering!
