I designed this cute beanie over the Christmas period using West Yorkshire Spinners aran weight “Croft”. You can of course any aran weight yarn that achieves gauge. I love the texture, which uses a cable type technique. It is a repeat over 10 stitches and creates this vine like pattern.This is my favourite hat to wear at the moment, I kept both the blue and green for myself. I couldn’t decide between them! The patterns for both the slouchy beanie and the fitted bobble hat are included below so just pick the one you want to knit and follow the pattern below . I have included written instructions for the main stitches that you may be unfamiliar with and also photo tutorials.
