Winter Walk
Winter Walk hat will keep you stylish and warm this winter! It has beautiful meandering cables that flow from the 1x1 ribbed cuff. A dramatic cable pattern across the front, and stockinette across the back goes so quickly…before you know it you’re almost done knitting. It is written with just a little bit of stylish slouch, but if you prefer more or less, these modifications are also included. It is a very quick and enjoyable pattern to knit, and I bet you can’t stop at just one! Any type of yarn seems to shine in this stitch pattern. We had testers use speckled, variegated and tonal yarns all making incredibly gorgeous hats.
Winter Walk is both a DK & worsted weight hat pattern.
There are different needle sizes, gauges and stitch counts used for each yarn weight.
DK weight gauge is:
23 st = 10 cm/4” in stockinette
using larger needle
Worsted weight gauge is:
17 sts =10 cm/4” in stockinette
using larger needle
Hue Loco sample (blue) weighs 70g
