A very simple pattern of 3 garter stitch panels knit together with two strands, one of solid and one of variegated yarn, separated by 2 skinny crochet panels. The panels are sewn together alternately with whip stitch. The blanket is finished off with an easy crocheted border. I honestly have lost track of how many skeins it took to make this blanket. I estimate between 8-10 skeins.
