Winter Wish is a fair-isle hat, worked in the round from the brim to the top. The hat is started with a long tail cast on, and some ribbing, which is framed with knit rounds, the main body of the hat comes next. A large amount of snowflakes adds huge amount of interest. An optional pompom is worked last.
