I was inspired to make a Beanie, with sparkles as everything else sparkles in this holiday season. I knitted this hat holding the yarn with metallic thread throughout the project for the visual effect that I was looking for. I used silver thread, and cascade 220 superwash silver gray. I received Lots of compliments on this color combination. Let your imagination go wild, and the holiday spirit take you to new frontiers. My other goal was to deign a reversible hat which adds to its practicality. It is like having 2 hats but only knitting one! You can simply turn it inside out for a fresh look.
This hat is knitted in round with no seam. The top of the hat adds texture to the stitch pattern.
