Errata:

The key is mislabeled - it should say CB9B not F
and there is no CB9F - the cable on row 27 is the same as the one on row 7
Therefore the written instructions are also wrong :-(

Row 7: k2, P2, CB4F, p2, k4, p2, CB4F, p2, CB9F ( see key), p2, CB4B, p2, k4, p2, CB4B, p2, k2

Also the CB4F and CB4B have been transposed on the key. The written instructions on how to do the cables are correct on the key, it is just the labels
A new key is being produced so as to avoid confusion.
Row 9 the central st has been omitted - it should read:
Row 9: k2, p2, k4, p2, ^ m1p, {k4, p2} 2 times, k4, m1p,^ p1, repeat from ^ to * once, p2, k4, p2, k2
