Instructions are written for size small, medium and large will be suggested at the end of each row. These are only suggestions, I highly recommend taking the time to measure the diameter of your upper chest with arms down by your waist to determine how long your starting chain should be.

If you would like the shawl to be
longer add more rows of double crochet after row 5. Then finish garment with one row of single crochet.
