This Christmas coaster features a red and green winter plant motif
arranged in a seamless diagonal pattern. The pattern is worked in the round using tapestry crochet technique.
For this pattern I used 3 colors of Durable Coral cotton: Ivory - 10 grams, Bordeaux - 10 grams, and Forest Green 13 grams. The brand of cotton used in this pattern can be replaced with your favorite one as long as the gauge proportion between stitches and rows remain approx. like the one presented here. Also, if you change the yarn, the final size of the coaster can be different.
Because it uses so less yarn quantity, this pattern can be a nice Christmas scrap yarn project.
