Winterland
Winterland
It snowed. And snowed. And it was just the beginning of winter. We had that wet, heavy snow - the kind of snow that stuck to the tree branches in clumps and weighed them down. After digging out, shoveling around for the cats, and making paths to my bird feeders, it was time to drive to the store for groceries. Wow! Once I ventured out and down the road, it looked like I had entered an alternate universe. A place where winter was in charge. The entire landscape had changed. Small trees and bushes were completely bent over with heavy piles of snow taxing their backs. Hefty masses of white stuff were forcing the pine boughs downward. Our world had been transformed into an absolute Winterland.
If you haven’t tried the unique knitting experience of the moebius, get ready for some fun knitting. You will be intrigued with this inventive process and lovely cowls and wraps will fly off your needles! I hope you will love every minute of it, as I do!
The moebius is a one-edged and single-sided. How? Read on and travel along the curious path of the knit moebius.
I’ve written a second, non-moebius pattern that is simply knit in the round without a twist. I hope you enjoy both versions.
Wear it as a shoulder cozy or cowl.
