This pattern creates a nice cozy sweater great as a gift, or great for yourself. This is a drop shoulder sweater with certain parts knit in the round and other parts knit flat. The pattern also is designed to incorporate a zipper which I know can be intimidating but is really much easier to install than you might think. Below I included a link to a video that teaches my favorite method of attaching zippers. This pattern also includes instructions for pockets which are added on after the rest of the sweater is completed so that including them are optional.
