Winter’s Love blanket is divided into 4 parts. The first 3 parts will create the blanket body. The last part will be dedicated to the border. There are 11 different patterns distributed in the first 3 parts of the CAL. You can play with the patterns or repeats to create a bigger or smaller blankie or to create other house decor itens.

All information about materials, size, stitches and pattern notes are in the Introduction File. Also a mosaic tutorial and a border tutorial are available in this file.

Pattern is written in English (US Terms). It has a Spanish and Dutch translation, and a left-handed version too. It has step-by-step written instructions, a mosaic tutorial and a border tutorial, charts, and lots of pictures to guide you through all the CAL parts.

Materials

In my sample I used Järbo Cookie and We Love Yarn Mega Ball DK yarns from Hobbii and a 4 mm hook. You are free to use whatever yarn and hook you want, and all the colours you want. It is all up to you.

Finishing Size

The final size of the blanket is 110 cm x 135 cm (43” x 53”), approximately. You can customize the size of your blanket by adding or decreasing repeats of the pattern, but keep in mind that this will affect the amount of yarn required.

Releasing Dates

«Winter’s Love» will start on November 22nd. Each part will be released on RAVELRY, every Friday from November 22nd to December 13th, around 1 pm (UK time).
