This sweater crochet pattern is provided for sizes:

XS/S with bust/hip circumference 33’’-35’’ = 84-89 cm
S/M with bust/hip 36’’-38’’ = 91-96 cm
M/L with bust/hip 39’’-41’’ = 99-104 cm
L with bust/hip 42’’-44’’ = 107-112 cm
XL with bust/hip 44’’-46’’ =112-117 cm

You will need:
1400 yards = 1300 meters for the size XS/S
1640 yards = 1500 meters for the size S/M
1920 yards = 1750 meters for the size M/L
2200 yards = 2000 meters for the size L
2330 yards = 2130 meters for the size XL

I would not recommend choosing a thicker yarn for crocheting a plus size not stated in this pattern. Without adjustments you will create a dress with very long sleeves.
