I live with my family in the southern part of Sweden. Our house is located out in the countryside which gives me a great opportunity to experience the colors and scents of all the seasons. The nature has been an inspiration to me for a very long time and now I have created the idea to make knitted works based on our four seasons.

The Wintery keeps you warm and cozy through cold winter days. The scarf is knitted with purl stitches and knitted twisted stitches. The twisted stitches is a bit different from the ordinary twisting technique and the edges are knitted in Distitch that gives the scarf a lovely edge.

Jag bor tillsammans med min familj i norra skåne. Vårt hus ligger en bit ut i skogen vilket ger mig en stor möjlighet att uppleva årstidsväxlingarnas alla färger och dofter. Naturen har länge inspirerat mig och nu har jag fått fram idén att skapa stickade plagg utifrån våra fyra vackra årstider.

Halsduken Wintery är varm och mjuk runt halsen och värmer dig under alla kalla vinterdagar. Halsduken är ribbstickad med aviga och vridna räta maskor men vridningen skiljer sig lite från andra vridna maskor eftersom man hämtar upp garnet underifrån istället för ovanifrån. Kanterna är stickade i Distitch som ger ett fint avslut.
