The pattern includes clear row by row instructions. All parts of the doll are worked flat on straight 3mm needles. You will need some toy stuffing and a tapestry needle to make up the body and head as well as a stitch holder for the waistcoat.

Techniques include casting on, casting off, knit, purl, kfb, K2tog, P2tog, M1, Sl1 and psso.
