A gorgeous heirloom blanket to be handed down through the generations.

Pattern uses 8ply/DK wool and 4.5mm (US 7) knitting needles.
The patterns is written for two sizes:-

Small approx 58cm/23ins x 75cm/29.5ins
Large approx 79cm/31ins x 97cm/38ins

It is knitted in one piece (the only sewing is the sewing in of ends). The one in the pictures is knitted in NZ Touch Yarns Merino.
