For this wreath I mainly used Stylecraft special Aran but any Aran will work for this pattern.
Grey (wreath cover and beard) 150g
Blue ( hat.) 50g
Parchment (nose) 10g
Yarnart jeans or a fine 2 weight, sports yarn
Yellow yarnart jeans (moon and stars )30g
White yarnart jeans (owl) 15g
Grey yarnart small amount (owl eyes)
Beige small amount (owls beak)
Safety eyes 6mm
Slicker brush to make the beard
Small amount of Toy stuffing for your gnome nose
20cm polystyrene wreath.
Finished size
Height 60cm/24 inches from the tip of the hat to the bottom of the beard
Width 24cm/9inches

This pattern uses US terms and is worked in a spiral so using stitch markers is highly recommended
Ch = chain stitch
Sc = single crochet
Hdc = half double crochet
Dc = double crochet
Tr = treble crochet
Sc2tog = single crochet decrease
FLO = Front loop only
BLO = Back loop only
