Keep in mind, during pattern testing I used exactly 1 skein of Drops Andes for a Child size (not even 1 inch left). Some skeins could have a yard or so less or more, as well as knitting tension might be different. If you run out of yarn, for braided ties use the “chain” method, described in the pattern. Alternatively, substitute yarn with a piece of fabric or lace which would look good as ties, especially when different materials are mixed in the braid. Or use same yarn as used for finishing ears.
