I am completely fascinated by Witchy, Magic, Gothic, Moonology, Paganism etc and have been my whole life, I have put a lot of passion into the designs in this collection and I hope you love knitting them as I have.
This Pattern is part of a series of patterns I have designed.
This one is beginner friendly if you take you time.
This pattern comes in 3 sizes, S, M, L.
Small - is to fit head measuring approx 19”
Medium - is to fit the average head measuring approx 21”
Large - is to fit head measuring approx 23”
This is a loosely fitting hat for comfort. Positive ease allows for larger than stated head sizes to still wear the hat in comfort. Just more fitted. If you need to adjust the ease other than choosing a different size, simply go up or down a needle size.
The hat is worked from the brim on smaller needles and then changing to larger needles for the body and crown decreases.
The Wolf Moon Hat is knit using Aran weight yarn.
Needles: Size 3.25 mm & 3.75 mm 16” circulars & 3.75 mm Dpn’s

Suggested Yarns: Caron Simply Soft Aran (Charcoal) 170.01 grams = 288 meters
Main colour: 72 grams = 122 meters
If substituting yarn, it is better to go by Meters not Grams
