These Selbu-inspired mittens include the famous Selbu Rose motif in a beautiful diamond frame that highlights the pattern on the back of the hand. The diamond frame bordering the Selbu Rose is echoed on the palm of each hand with an inner thumb pattern matching the palm’s pattern and a small Selbu Rose occupying the decorative outer thumb.

In order to ensure the pattern on the palm of each hand matches, charts for each hand and the thumb have been included. The same thumb chart is used for both mittens to create matching thumbs. The same cuff pattern is also used in both mittens and includes only written instructions.
