Don’t be fooled by the intricate stitch-work, this Herringbone pattern is worked over a two row repeat and created a beautiful reversible fiber.

This cowl knits up quickly and is perfect for those in-between weather kind of days.

You’ll Need

• Around 200 yards of worsted weight yarn
• 4.5mm circular needles (24” cable)
• 6.5mm circular needles (24” cable)
• One locking stitch marker

Notes

• The gauge is 24 stitches by 20 rows in the Herringbone pattern = 4”

• I recommend using interchangeable needles if you have them

• Your end of row will float a bit while working the Herringbone Pattern - Don’t worry you’re not doing anything wrong

• Your second round of ribbing will be slightly looser than the first - I like this effect as it creates a bit of a flare around your neck.
