These days, many mothers prefer to put their baby boys in trousers. I haven't found any vintage patterns for this style, so I designed this outfit for a more contemporary look, with a lace pattern along with a cable stitch.

It is smart enough for a christening, or --in a colour-- for any other occasion.

2 sizes: 3-6 | 6-12 months

Materials:

• 452-678 m (494-741 yds) / 100-150g lace weight yarn (shown in 251 White colorway)
• two 1cm (3/8”) buttons
• 1m (1 yd) of ~4mm (1/4”) elastic

Tension/Gauge swatched on 3.75mm needles (US 5)
