Wood Work
Wood Work features waist shaping and slip stitch patterning. Fronts and back are worked back and forth to armholes and then worked in the round in one piece. Sleeve stitches are picked up around armhole, sleeve cap is worked with short rows and remainder of sleeve is worked in the round.

• Intended to have 1 to 2 inches of positive ease (choose a finished bust size 1 to 2 inches larger than your actual bust size).
Yarn Requirements
Approximately (1120, 1170, 1240) (1330, 1410, 1460) (1550, 1630, 1680) (1760, 1860, 1960) yards of DK weight wool yarn
Sample knit in size 36” with Malabrigo Yarn Rastita; 100% merino with 310 yards (283m) per 100g in color 227 Volcan; 4 skeins
Needle Size
• Size US6 (4.0mm) double point needles for sleeves (worked in the round) or circular needle if doing magic loop
• Size US6 (4.0mm) 24” (40” for larger sizes) circular needle for body (worked in the round)
• Size US7 (4.5mm) 24” circular needle for collar

Gauge
20 stitches and 29 rows on needle size US6 (4.0mm) in stockinette is 4” (10cm) worked flat and in the round
23 stitches and 40 rows in flute pattern on needle size US6 (4.0mm) is 4” (20cm) worked flat and in the round
Gauge is measured after wet blocking the swatch
