The Woodland Jumper ~Kids~ PATTERN

This sweater is a seamless design worked from the top down. It is first worked back and forth for the neck shaping and then joined together to work in the round. It is divided at the underarms where the body and sleeves are worked separately in the round. The trees are knit into the sweater as you go. The collar is worked by picking up stitches and joined to work in the round. This sweater has a classic fit with approximately 1-3 inches of positive ease.

Some techniques to know: knit, purl, m1l, m1r, k2tog, pick up and knit etc

Pattern includes 8 sizes: 3-6mo, 6-12mo, 1T, 2T, 4T, 6T, 8 & 10
Skill Level: Intermediate
Yarn: 1 strand of Light worsted held together with 1 strand of lace mohair
Needles: US 8, 5mm 16-24” circular knitting needles & US 6, 4mm 16-24” circular knitting needles
Optional: US 8 & US 6 DPN’s

6-12mo: 220yds
1T: 300yds
2T: 350yds
4T: 420yds
6T: 460yds
8: 500yds
10: 540yds

Finished Chest Measurement:
3-6mo: Chest 18.5”
6-12mo: Chest 20.5”
1T: Chest 22.25”
2T: Chest 24”
4T: Chest 26.5”
6T: Chest 27.5”
8: Chest 30.25”
10: Chest: 32”
