Woodland Spirits Cowl/Scarf
Nature Spirits are the guardians of Mother Earth. They are believed to exist on a different dimension than humans but can freely travel to our dimension. This usually occurs around Spring or Fall when Nature is in a stage of transition.
The large cable in the center of this cowl is made of lacy leaves vining their way between 2 meandering forest paths. The embroidery, although optional, is done once the knitting is complete in a bright green, reminiscent of moss and new Spring growth emerging from the Forest floor. The cowl measures 49” x 7” wrapping twice around your neck, then buttons asymmetrically in the front. If you prefer, omit the buttons and the buttonholes for a beautiful scarf.
