The tech edited and test knit intermediate + level pattern is fully written with the pattern repeats charted. The transition between the lower detail and upper detail is charted row by row by individual size. The pattern also comes with a cheat sheet for each size. A blocking schematic rounds out the pattern aids.

Blocked Gauges

Special Notes
• Cotton has unique drape. If substituting yarn, make sure your blocked gauge matches the stated blocked gauge. Row gauge is important especially for the design element.
• The cable details travel diagonally across the front of the sweater from left to right, and then back to the left. The Lower Cable begins above the hem at the left hip and ends at the right underarm. The Upper Cable is then formed at the left edge of the lower cable and travels just above the bust shaping to the top of the left shoulder. The pattern includes waist shaping. If customizing the waist shaping and/ or length of the garment, it may impact the final placement of the design element. For this design, the easiest way to adjust the length is to increase or decrease the ribbed hem length.
• The back is worked in plain Stockinette Stitch first to provide familiarity with the design & the front is worked identically to the back with the addition of the traveling cables. In order to conserve space, all data that is the same for both pieces (measurement check ins and notes) will not be repeated on the directions for the front.
