This is a variation on a traditional ski sweater. The instructions are for sizes 6 months through 2 years. The yoke pattern is easy to follow, knit in the round, and makes a great statement. The sheep pattern is a favorite for boys and girls, and is loved by all. It fits over the head, and is easy to wash. It uses three colors, and I always use a superwash dk yarn to achieve a clean look and a wearable sweater. It can be a perfect outer garment in fall and spring, or worn under a jacket in the winter. With the hat it makes a most impressive gift, one that can be passed down from child to child, from generation to generation.
