Wooly, the Sheep
♥ Cute’n’Cuddly series ♥
Wooly, the youngest member of the “Cute’n’Cuddly” family is a very worthy one - because he is an extreeeemely fluffly one! :))
Wooly has a tiny pelt of loop stitches to look and feel particularly soft and cuddly. - For those, who don’t like or know this kind of stitch, he also comes with instructions for his “cousin”, who is supercute without any loop stitches. (Btw, the sheep will surely look cute with fancy yarn as well!)
This PDF crochet pattern includes detailed instructions and pictures to help you create this little sheep which was - like all other figures from the “Cuten’n’Cuddly”-series - designed to feel soft, fluffy and cuddly. In this series no craft eyes or other materials which could be choking hazards for small children are used, so the little soft critters can be the perfect pal for babies as well!
Skills level: easy to intermediate (loop stitches!)
You should already be familiar with crocheting in rounds, with making single crochet, and working into backloops. For the sheep with loops stitches you should know this stitch as well. There are no basic crochet or embroidery tutorials included.
Languages at choice:
* Deutsch (German)
Materials:
The sheep is made from soft yarn/wool and filling only, no craft eyes or other materials which could be choking hazards for small children are used.
Measures:
Using DK 8-ply acrylic yarn and hook size 3.5 mm the sheep turns out about 20 cm / 7.8 inches tall. (When using worsted weight yarn it will turn out a bit bigger than that.) Please note: Finished size and shape will always depend on crochet style, yarn type and hook size.
