When my infant son was gifted his first sock monkey three years ago, I fell in love with its nostalgic, and dare I say, very Canadian colour scheme of grey, cream and red. I’ve since worked and re-worked the pattern for this beanie, and it has evolved into an entire line including a shawl, a slouchy hat and mittens.
