This is a PDF KNITTING PATTERN for a little soft Teddy worked in round - no seams.
This pattern uses basic knitting stitches and few embroidery stitches for face.
Note; I have very similar pattern for knitting on 2 needles - see the brown Russian Bear pictures and pattern in my shop.
SKILL LEVEL: Intermediate:
You need to be confident knitting in round, know basic Knit and Purl stitches, how to increase and decrease, and how to cast on and cast (bind) off. Stuffing as you go is involved. The facial features are embroidered and they need some special attention.
Size: Bear finished height approximately 10 cm (4 inch).
Materials:
Yarn 4 ply (less then 1 oz or 25 gr).
One pair 2.00 mm knitting needles (or the smallest size you have).
Knitter’s needle for sewing seams and embroidery
DMC stranded embroidery cottons one skein of black for facial features on bear.
Filling for bear (Preferably in same color).
