Working From Home Poncho
For the days when you’re just not feeling it, yet you need to look your best for the camera, keep the Working From Home Poncho handy!
This cozy topper is also the perfect piece to stay warm and snuggly on cold winter days and makes a great transitional piece when it’s not quite coat weather but a chill is in the air.
Construction Notes: This poncho is worked flat in one piece from the bottom front, up and over the shoulders with short rows at the neck opening, then down the back. The cowl neck and button band are added afterward. Knowledge of basic Tunisian crochet worked flat is required.
Written in one size. Poncho measures 52” circumference and has no body shaping.
Materials needed:
• Size 9/J 6.0 mm Tunisian crochet hook with 30” cable
• Size 8/I 5.5 mm regular crochet hook
• Flexible measuring tape, tapestry needle, scissors
• 12 stitch markers
• 12 buttons (toggle, horn, or round at least 1.25” diameter)
